Brandon jumped in with both feet and took on every challenge we had. He even thought of things that I didn’t (and I am very particular). Siteline reframed walls, redid flooring, bath, kitchen, painting and railings throughout. Our primary home is out of state so it was critical to get someone who we trusted to do the right job since we could not be there to oversee it. We are both thrilled with the way it turned out. Siteline is a five-star operation from start to finish. You will not be disappointed and in fact you will feel great about your decision to select them. > I did a LOT of shopping around for contractors and obtained five bids on a complete renovation of my condo in Marco Island. While several contractors were ok, Brandon and Matt at Siteline Construction stood out of the crowd. When you call you are getting the owner on his cell phone not the run around. They both listened to what I wanted done, they made suggestions for me to consider. They had some great designing ideas that I had not thought of for several items. No high pressure whatsoever. They wanted a relationship where we would have open communication and provide me the best product possible. > Immediately I knew from meeting with other contractors that Siteline was different. They gave specific answers, explained options and the cost differences of products. They provided a detailed sketch of each room being renovated and I could make changes once I saw the drawings. I was able to pick out choices at the showroom. One big difference in contractors is several were very vague as to what they would do, how they would do it and the quality of the product. Brandon and Matt stated from the beginning that they use high quality products and the finish of the rooms was a direct reflection on their work and company. The final product was amazing, the level of detail paid attention to each and every item was beyond even my picky nature. You would think all this would be very expensive, but Siteline was extremely competitive and priced lower than many of the contractors who were going to provide less for my investment. > I lived out of state and was worried about keeping up with the progress. Not a problem with this team, they would provide pictures of the progress, phone calls to follow up on the pics and any questions I had. It was like I was there through the entire process. Anytime I wanted a question answered I could text or call and get an answer in minutes or hours, not days or weeks later like I have experienced with other contractors. If I saw something that concerned me from pictures or in person visits, I would tell Brandon or Matt. The next day it was addressed. You just can’t get better customer service. > The end product just exceeded my most ambitious expectations. Others in the building that used another contractor and saw my place wished they used Siteline. Other owners in my building stopped by and saw the design, quality of products used, quality of finish on detail items and now want to remodel using Siteline. This is a five-star operation.
