> Daniel and his son did a great job building our home in the closing stages of the pandemic! We bought in the early stages of construction (just 2x4 framing of the house) and he did a wonderful job of helping us pick finishes, which would look nice and remain on budget. He was flexible to add features as we requested and was responsive to address punch list items after we moved in. Daniel went above and beyond for us and we appreciate the work!

> The process started out great and Daniel was nice to work with; however that deteriorated throughout the process and he became tough to reach and also struggled to communicate in a timely manner. We get a lot of compliments on our home from neighbors, friends and family; however, have noticed small things here and there where certain corners were cut or work was done sloppily (primarily paint, drywall and trim related issues). Another area of frustration has been fixing some of these issues; we moved in over a year ago and are still waiting on punch list items which range from cosmetic fixes to more problematic issues. He's been responsive in hearing about these and says they'll be addressed but there has been lack of follow through to-date.
