## Community Q&A

**Q: Help!  Too much oak, bland tile and corian.  I have to keep the tile.** *(in Design Dilemma)*

What can I do with my cabinets, island, and color scheme?  It'd be much easier if I could have different flooring, but I don't have that option.  Any opinions would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

A: totally agree with Lkristine. But I definately think you should carry the color scheme into the adjoining great room.
 Remember in both rooms to make 1 area the accent area where your eye is drawn- the island and the fireplace.
Dont forget to select an accent color or two for accessories unless you want to keep it  neutral.

**Q: Have had sofa recovered. Need ideas for rest of room.** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Need second 2 seater sofa, blinds at two windows behind pictured sofa, wall art, rug etc. It is not a big room. Colour and style suggestions would be great.

A: I agree with the paonted walls. also like the danish modern idea.
