The curtain tie backs were never completed. I provided shams to be copied with fabric I provided. The width of the shams edging did not match the ones I provided. As for the pillow shams, I was never aware that you had an issue with them I can not correct an issue that I am not aware of. I would invite you to please bring in those shams so that I can inspect them and provide a path forward to making them to your satisfaction.
