We were looking for someone reliable, the best of the best to renovate the bathroom of our new house after a bad experience at our former house, where the shower ended up leaking. Our plan required skill and experience to build an Italian shower (no basin or threshold, same as floor level) and Mr. Sanchez's website demonstrated numerous projects of the sort, not to mention the several prizes he has won for his tile work. We are thrilled that we hired him. He was not the least expensive choice, but not excessive either. The whole experience was stress free, the communication unprecedented, as he offered choices and helpful suggestions throughout the project, recommended skilled entrepreneurs to perform other works (plumbjng, electricity...) and the result is just spectacular. Perfectionists are rare in the field of construction. Mr Sanchez is beyond this, choosing every tile with care, to wisely mix the patterns, making 45 degrees cuts for the insertion, using only the best products (Schulter) to ensure the water tightness and efficiency of our heating floor (which by the way goes all the way into the shower) and best esthetics (we had never heard of a ceramic drain, instead of stainless - beautiful). I would highly recommend Mr Sanchez to anyone. As I had renovated two other bathrooms earlier, I was able to compare the difference in the quality of the tiling work. He is a master craftsman and a perfectionist who has a good sense for quality and aesthetics. I should have hired him sooner. Despite the harsh winter weather the tiles still look as good as they did the day Hugo completed the work. This was a strong incentive in hiring Hugo to lay over 300 square feet of porcelain tile in and around our kitchen during 2012. Then in 2013 he laid a 100 square foot of tiles with under floor heating in our television room. > We had worked with other tiles setters in the past and none came close to Hugo in the quality of his final product.
