LRO Residential is a boutique Custom Home Building firm specializing in architecturally significant high quality low maintenance homes in the finer neighborhoods of Dallas.  We focus our areas of work on the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, and Devonshire neighborhoods.  LRO works to keep an inventory of build sites available for our custom home clients and also builds a limited number of for sale spec homes annually. Les Owens, President of LRO Residential Development, is a third generation homebuilder from Mt. Vernon, Texas. The Owens family has been active in the construction industry in Northeast Texas for over 40 years and currently builds on the popular recreational lakes of Lake Cypress Springs and Lake Bob Sandlin. Les graduated from Baylor University in May 2001 with a business degree majoring in Real Estate and Management Information Systems. He and his wife, Kristi, are members of the Park Cities Baptist Church and reside in Dallas.

> LRO was the builder for our new home.  Overall project was well done and completed on time.  The home was actually built a little faster than we would have liked because we had trouble making timely decisions on items such as hardware, trim, paint colors, etc.  It was hard to keep up with the builder.  Probably a good problem to have versus taking too long but still difficult for us.  Only negative was the sub that did the painting.  To their credit, LRO has replaced that sub.  Les Owens is a good person and a good builder that we would use again.

A: Hello.
The windows are Marvin, Bronze clad exterior color.  The exterior brick paint was a custom paint developed onsite, but I would recommend starting with SW 7005 Pure White and working color samples from there.

**Q: Paint Sheen** *(in Photo Questions)*

Thinking about painting our brick house SW Pure White as well...can you share what sheen you used...flat or satin?

A: Hello.
Thanks for the question - Yes, I would paint the exterior a Satin finish.  On the interior of the home we would recommend flat with slick drywall stain on cabinetry and woodwork.
