> Where should I start?
> He says he is a perfectionist while he installs crooked tile, uneven tile, weird crooked corners, large uneven spaces around my tub deck, spotty shotty grout and tile dips in my new Wedi pitched walk-in shower base creating water puddles. He cut mitered raggedy crooked corners for my tub surround when I bought bullnose specifically for those corners.
> He admitted to screwing up and wasting a full box of 42 bullnose tile when he installed them all crooked.  When I showed him the corners and crooked tile he did reinstall them. But when I showed him the dip and puddle he created in my brand new walk-in shower he left and didn't finish the job.

> Omark Tile was recommended by the store where I purchased my tiles as well as another installer. I called the first one and made an appointment for an estimate. He called me a half hour after our scheduled time to tell me he couldn't make it. I rescheduled and he didn't show up again!!   I called Mark  and he came as scheduled and gave me an estimate quickly. We set a date to install the foyer and kitchen floors. He came on time with his workers and they did both floors in 3 1/2 days.  The floors are beautiful ! I would hire him again without hesitation.  It's not easy to find independent businesses that follow through but he is a pleasant exception!!

> Mark has now done three tile jobs for us in the past year and a half including a large kitchen back splash, the walls of a half bathroom, and the floor of a great room. We are extremely satisfied with his work and even recommended him to friends who used Mark to do their bathroom and were completely satisfied as well. What we appreciate most about Mark is that he not only does a great job installing tiles, but will give you advice and suggestions along the way if he thinks there is a better way of doing something. For example, we were all set to buy a transition piece between the recent floor he installed and our existing kitchen floor. Mark instead suggested a sloping tile transition that looks out of this world and has been complimented on by everyone who sees our floor.  Not only does this look great but he saved us a few bucks in the process. Mark's prices are fair and he is very prompt.
