She worked with us extensively prior to construction start to pick out a cohesive set of materials that met our style and budget desires. Magically our basket of tile, wood, hardware, paint and photo samples, combined with beautiful drawings and spec sheets, were used by our contractor to create a comprehensive construction budget with a tight schedule that we could plan on... and ultimately a great final product! I don't think we had any change orders based on product selections. Our style is fairly traditional with a few modern farmhouse twists.
