He kept us informed every step of the way, and got the job done on time and on budget. This project included new plumbing, lighting, electric cover, new liner, and new concrete deck. I worked with Chuck and Dora at Home Oasis Pools and Spas and bought a much better unit than I previously owned. As with any major purchase, I hope to deal with honest and trustworthy people. I could not be more pleased or impressed with my experience. The removal of my old unit and installation of the new one was quick and efficient. In fact, Chuck noticed one of the LED lights was slightly dimmer than the others. I might not even have noticed it. But he said they would be back to check on that and repair it if needed. What he said, they did, and everything is now perfect. I wish all my dealings with major purchases felt this good. This business deserves more than 5 stars!
