> Because we had dealt with Ted Hill of Platinum Builders in the past, we knew we were hiring a contractor who was not only professional but also reliable and creative.  The condo we purchased this past Spring was 30+ years old and in need of serious updating.  In order to make the condo look updated and current, Ted incorporated many of his "Parade Home" features and ideas.  We replaced the kitchen and three bathrooms with custom Amish cabinetry.  The kitchen features a custom coffered ceiling which is carried through to the dining room.  New wood floor was laid in the kitchen, living and dining areas; new energy efficient patio doors were installed and new lighting throughout.  Our condo feels brand new and we are very happy with the results.  Ted Hill, Platinum Builders gets our highest recommendation.

The remodel consisted of tearing out the old cabinets, countertops, mirrors, and fixtures, and replacing them with custom Amish Cabinets and mirrors, granite countertops, and Kohler fixtures. The project was overseen by the owner/propietor of Platinum Builders, Ted Hill. My wife and I are extremely pleased by the quality of the work that was done.
