I bought all my doors and windows from them and it was a nightmare from the start. Now my front door is warped less than a year old and they are saying it was due to install? The hinge in the middle is clearly crooked as confirmed by the inspector Festim. Now they are saying it’s 50% warranty !?!! They refuse to respond even after spending around $20,000 with them. Wish I went with another company … DON’T BUY FROM THEM you will REGRET IT !!! I have called many times, sent multiple emails to different people at the company to organize a service appointment and no one will call me back or respond to my emails. I have even asked them to just provide the company whom I could use do the work so I can just pay for it, and still they won't respond.
