> First, he shows UP! Yes, a contractor that shows up without unnecessary delays.  He develops a timeline for the work and sticks to it.  He is very hands on and is there every step of the way on the project.  Very neat and organized.  Exceptional quality in the workmanship.  He does not cut corners on quality. He built our home 30 years ago and the house looks fantastic.  We hired him for a major project in our backyard.  Barbeques, center island, sunken fire pit and stone work that all turned out exceptional.  The subs that he used for work that he himself did not do were all first class and have been in the valley for decades. He is pricey but you get what you pay for with no regrets and no headaches.  He shows up and gets it done.  Highly recommend him.
