They took our ideas and despite being a bit different than the typical mountain, rustic theme, they ran with it and beautifully designed the perfect home. We had a tight budget and a tight timeline and they were great at sticking to both of these and we even came in a bit under budget. They are easy to work with, even from out of state, and truly made the experience easy, fun and turnkey. They went above and beyond for us, including dropping by to pick up boxes, assembling pieces and even unpacking and organizing our entire kitchen (including taking the hard to take off labels from each glass and plate)! They took time to get to know us and our needs and our style and then suggested furniture that checked off all of the boxes and when there was a glitch in delivery or a delay in shipping, they took it in stride and always had a back-up plan at the ready. They also arranged for anything and everything, from being there to help with window coverings, to hiring a handyman to hang TVs and then having the home cleaned prior to our arrival!
