Joe's personnel are long-term employees and trust worthy which speaks volumes (in my opinion)!  We did not have to be home for them to come and go at the house.  The work was done on budget and time; and the estimate and invoice gave a "breakdown" of the costs which was GREAT!  Joe's electrician was $20 cheaper than a friend's brother's quote!
