**Q: Island Counter Depth** *(in Photo Questions)*

It looks like there is a downdraft pop up ventilation system in the island.  Is this true?

Also, what is the overall depth of the island?  24" like the wall cabinets or deeper?

A: Yes, this has a downdraft ventilation.
Island depth is around 36" overall

looking at a design with the main kitchen sink having a wall of cabinets above and am concerned a bit about the cabinets being in the way. How deep are the wall cabinets as well?

A: The upper cabinets are about 14" deep over the countertop. The wall cabinets are a standard 24" deep to accommodate fridge and ovens.
