Aladdin Remodelers did not deliver the product or services that were promised. The work is substandard and defective. Aladdin Remodelers refused to fix defective work. Work was either never done, not finished or finished improperly. Another company finished the work. Aladdin did not finish the job. **Comment from Aladdin Remodelers:** > This project was not form 2015 but started in 2013. The house was is very poor condition and in need of major renovation. Aladdin contracted to do the largest part of the work but not to rebuild the structure. The homeowner contracted with others for; lifting the house, electric and lighting, HVAC, central fire sprinklers, masonry work, painting and more. When they realized that the house structure was compromised, they decided that Aladdin should be responsible for all defects even though they did not do the original work or have any said work in the Aladdin contract. They stopped the work and owe Aladdin several thousand dollars. This matter is currently under arbitration. When you read the other reviews, you will see that this is a total anomaly. The designer took us through the stressful process step-by-step and helped me tremendously from picking out the tiles, cabinets, hardware, cabinets, appliances, etc. so that the whole kitchen and laundry had a coordinated and professional look. The team he put together to put the design into reality was great. The carpenters were very skilled (the person who did the molding was amazing!); the person who installed the tiles did a fantastic job, and the plumber was also very good. Everybody Aladdin brought in on the job were very professional and courteous - it was obvious they all took a lot of pride in their work. The work was completed slightly above budget (mainly because I opted for higher end appliances).
