Established in 1976 by R.A. “Chupa” Nelson, RA Nelson has grown from an enterprising two-man partnership to an employee owned organization with 80+ employees based out of two regional offices. Founded and headquartered in the Vail Valley of Colorado, we have helped build some of the most note-worthy resort communities in the West, including: Vail, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Arrowhead, Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk, Telluride, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Breckenridge.
