He followed the detailed plans but also made suggestions for improvement as we went, always with an eye of making the home something he would be proud of. Change orders were for obvious extras that we requested, reasonably priced and clearly explained. He worked very well and collaboratively with our architect/project manager. Throughout the project he would respond to concerns and questions. He would take the time to explain elements of the construction project that were unfamiliar to us. He was available seven days a week. This project began in February and we planned all along to be back in before Thanksgiving. Roman had that plan in mind and effectively managed the project every step of the way. Despite weather issues and some delays from suppliers we ordered from, Roman and his team worked tirelessly so that we were able to move in the first week of November.
