> When we moved to Cochrane three years ago, we purchased a Janssen home. Man, I am so glad we did. From time to time I hear of others' experiences with home purchases and many of them did not have anywhere near the experience we had. I wouldn't change a single thing about our experience! Seriously. We could not be happier with how we have been treated as customers. I would give these folks the highest marks for their service, interaction with us and ultimately the project they sold us. All my calls were returned quickly. Service calls were done as on time and as requested. And in the end, we love our home. Conrad, Diane, Lawrence and Doreen have all been fantastic in their treatment of us. I'd buy or build another with zero hesitation!!!
