> My experience with Quality Without Question Flooring was the worst I have ever experienced with a company.  I dealt with a installer who was disrespectful,  an office manager that made way too many mistakes regarding my installation date, supplies I had to purchase but not on client shop list and misinformation on them picking and storing my supplies until install date and more. The owner didn’t care about any of the issues I told him I was dealing with and to top it off, he sent me a threatening email.
> I dealt with a total of 17 issues from start to finish with this company. To top it all off, now I have to repaint as I have dried self leveler left on woodwork and marks on walls.

> Quality Without Question left us with a lot of questions. They installed Bamboo flooring for us which required glue and it wasn't until the job was over that we learned they don't normally install floors requiring glue. We could tell as there was dried glue left all over. When we mentioned it to them they came back the next day with a solution to get the glue up. Unfortunately, it did not work and therefore we're left with glue smears on our new Bamboo flooring. Did they offer any type of discount? No they did not. After the return visit, there was no follow up from Brett except to collect payment, which I regret. They are a nice group of guys, polite and professional. I just wish we would have known in advance that gluing floors was not their forte. I wish I could post pictures to this review because I have plenty.

> Quality Without Question Flooring LLC gave us an initial estimate 3 times higher than it should be, we questioned it and it was reduced to normal amount. On the day of installation, they try to change the contract and say they need another $500 to do the work. Not a good company.
