> Nate and his team of professionals earned my highest recommendation.  My wife and I were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the major remodeling jobs he did for us from demolition through the final touches.  He is a rare commodity in the construction business, he shows up on time, works professionally, follows through on handling the few minor problems that always occur with remodeling, and most important of all, he keeps the lines of communication open.  His prices are more than fair and makes you feel like your best friend is working on your house.  I almost wish I had more work for him to do.

After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors, we were somewhat anxious about this important decision: a good general contractor to take us through our remodel project: complete plumbing & electrical upgrade, kitchen & both bathrooms down to the studs. Nate put together a team who did high quality work, who were always reliable, and who got the job done pretty close to on time and on budget (even a back-up electrician when the 1st one bailed, who turned out to be excellent). He kept his promises, and guided us through what is always a painful process with good humor and good sense.

> We had a fairly large task of updating original condition 1950s house -- Take down a wall, update kitchen and two baths, electrical, plumbing, windows and doors. We went with Nate based a friend's recommendation, and I have no regrets. We were sensitive to cost yet want to keep quality very high, and we wanted to design everything ourselves. Nate proved to be very transparent about costs and complexity and tradeoffs, and he was flexible in accommodating our ever changing design ideas. His experience in the construction/remodeling business was instrumental in ensuring things got done and permitted in a realistic timeframe and without any corner cutting. Very happy with the end result.

> We hired Turn Key Custom to remodel our kitchen.  The crew was always professional, courteous, hard-working and reliable.  The work site was at all times cleaned up by the end of the day. There was constant open communication giving us details so we knew what to expect.  We were able to get in touch with Nate throughout the process of the project.

> I contacted Nate Burr of Turn Key Custom is the fall of 2013. He had been referred to me my an electrician whom I had used personally and also had done work for me professionally who I trusted explicitly. When I inquired about a small contractor to do my kitchen remodel, he only gave me one name and that was Nate Burr.

> Nate and I met and had instant report. After reviewing my plans, he recommended that I contact a kitchen designer (there was no charge to me) to come and look over the current plans that I had, measure the kitchen and work with me regarding the cabinets.

> That recommendation alone was worth its weight is gold. She was a previous graphic design artist, had a great eye for layout and took my previous design and really created a new focal point. She and Nate were both very cognizant of my budget and worked within it. He accompanied me to the pick out the granite and again, helped me stay within budget when my wandering eye wavered.

> We demo'd the second week of January 2014....all the way down to the studs. He has a small group of subs that work with him on a regular basis. Again, something else that made him a good fit for my project as I would not be home most of the time and the less people in and out of my home the better.

> Nate did a remodel of my kitchen which included some structural work, windows, cabinets, floors, etc. and I couldn't be happier!  He estimated it would take 8 wks and it was 8 wks!  He was very easy to work with, had good suggestions, and listened carefully to what I wanted.  His detail work is superior.  He also made sure the area was cleaned up every day.
> He also built a redwood deck on my house and again did a fantastic job in a short amount of time.
> I would definitely recommend him for any home construction work.  He has had a great many years of experience!
