We found our perfect property and the real estate agent (Amy Van Buren - Remax) told us about Otto Construction. We went there and met with James Oneil. We discussed our plan and extended time frame. James was very understanding and accommodating. We then had to wait for my retirement and our house to sell in California before we could green light the project. Once that happened, we with with the contractor (Todd Pasley) and James at the property and discussed the house placement and alignment. From that moment on, Otto Construction did not disappoint! They did everything we wanted with the home build and hired only the best subcontractors. They got the house done very quickly and totally to our expectations. We have lived in the house since the middle of February and only two very minor issues have come up. Each one was handled very quickly and easily by Otto Construction. Otto Construction is a very professional and quality company that we trusted with the building of our dream house and we would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality custom home built in the Lake of the Ozarks. They used Buildertrend to track the construction progress and for billing. That is a great program that is easy to use and it makes it very easy to track to home build progress. We cannot thank Otto Construction enough for the great job they did!! The project included removing the old shower and fireplace and included electrical, rebuilding the fireplace, complete remodel of Master Bath and kitchen. We were provided invoices that showed where we stood in relation to the budget.
