> Hiring Sunshine Kitchen Cabinets has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made as a homeowner. What should have been an exciting kitchen project has turned into a months-long nightmare filled with broken promises, zero accountability, and complete disregard for my time and investment.

> I paid close to $48,000 and was told the kitchen boxes would be installed in December, right after my floors were completed. Instead, they weren’t installed until mid- to late January — nearly two months late. Since then, the project has remained in limbo with no clear completion date, and we are now entering June with no end in sight.

> The communication has been appalling. I followed up dozens of times — phone calls, messages — and was often completely ignored. Bal and KJ repeatedly refused to respond or return my calls, while Prav, the owner, kept making empty promises or shifting blame. Jas gave a completely different version of events. I even went to the showroom to speak with KJ’s father, Parmjit, who promised he would look into the matter and get back to me the next day — he never called back either.

> There has been no sense of urgency, ownership, or professional integrity from this company. I’ve now been forced to formally request a refund and am preparing to pursue legal action if I do not receive a timely response.

> It’s baffling how a company can take nearly $50,000 from a client and leave them with an incomplete kitchen for over half a year. Photos of the job site and communication history are attached in my formal complaint for anyone interested.
