Rob, the owner of Stephenson Construction, is the most professional and personable contractor that I've met. He did not try to up sell me or make me feel that I had to contract with him for his services. He made me feel very comfortable and gave me an initial analysis of what I could and couldn't do with the budget I was working with. He does however have a fee for drafting the plans and blueprint which is reasonable and understandable due to him taking time to draw the plans up. After that if you agree or don't agree to contract with him or decide to use a different contractor you will already have your blueprint in hand. After we signed the service contract and agreed to terms work started right away. Him and his crew finished out my project well within the finish date and I couldn't be happier. In fact even after the project was finished we had an issue with our HVAC system about 2 weeks later and called Rob. He was more than happy to have his HVAC tech come out and take a look. It needed work that was unrelated to the project and his tech was able to fix the issue within that day that Rob had him scheduled to come out. I've recommended Rob to another neighbor and the neighbor couldn't be more pleased with his work and professionalism also.
