> We had a couple of issues with the service. The biggest issue was the cost. After service they were rude saying he specifically stated it was $100 minimum for any service, however during the original call it was vague and not specific.

> The service was less than 15 minutes (included removing a small part from a garbage disposal with a pliers and filling up the sink to watch the pipes to ensure there was not a leak). The charge was $100 dollars due to what Green Tech said is their minimum charge, so be prepared if you need anything that is their minimum charge.

> Other issue is not major, but to note that the technician or Plummer needed our assistance with the issue. Had to hold the flashlight for him and also needed to provide the tools. Maybe the staff did it to make it quicker, but was a bit odd.

> Customer repaired his own sink and asked us to check his work. We filled his pipes and checked for leaks. Customer had a screw bouncing around in the garbage disposal. We pulled the screw out and billed him appropriately for our time. He was told up front that we would be billing him for our time. We pay the plumbers by the hour here and we invoice it, like every single plumber in town.  We don't understand his "freebie" expectations as he has never worked with us before.

> These young men go above and beyond. They respond quickly, arrive on time (or early), assess the problem(s), and are neat, tidy and polite. They didn't try to upsell me, they knew what the issue was and fixed it, all at a reasonable cost. I wish I had found them earlier. I recommend them to my clients, family and friends.

> We had very low water pressure from iron water pipes more than 60 years old.  Kevin from Green Tech explained options available and gave us a quote for the work.  I researched options with other companies, and solicited bids.  Chose Green Tech based on other reviews, personal experience with company from previous work, and their competetive bid.  Within 5 days, Green Tech crew of 2 arrived with all supplies and completed the work in one day!  Cleaned up the resulting mess of old pipe and debris.  They explained the work, and flushed our system completely!  Water pressure is great, and we can take hot showers again with a forceful spray!  Thanks to Green Tech!
