He and his workmen followed safety and sanitary protocols in light of the Covid risk. The cabinets were refinished and reinstalled, new cabinet installed, new cultured marble walls and frameless glass replaced an old tiny shower into a safe shower to be used by seniors. Mike was easy to work with and was hands on for the job. Highly recommend them. The classroom is now bright, welcoming and without bad smells. > Pictures are available. You're welcome to come by and see it by appointment. > This project included adding new electrical wiring, new shingles and replacing bad plywood decking, creating a new back entrance doorway where none existed, changing the solid front doors to French doors with windows and interior blinds, & adding a double-paned window, where there had been a small single pane window. The walls and ceiling were drywalled and insulated after removing a loft and workbenches. > They put in a window air conditioner/heating unit that works great in the Houston weather. They added a new wheelchair ramp at the front door and new steps at the backdoor. > > One of the unique features was planning for future flooding by adding insulation resistant to moisture and mold growth, moisture resistant drywall and taller baseboards. A: Not sure on the manufacturer but they were from Restoration Hardware **Q: What is the brand and name of the quartz counter on the island?** *(in Photo Questions)* What is name of quartz counter on the island? What is name of paint color? A: The quartz is by Cambria , I don't remember the pattern. The paint is reliable grey by Sherwin Williams **Q: Dimension** *(in Photo Questions)* Might I inquire the dimensions of the island as well as the galley wall with the refrig, etc.? A: The Island is 3' by 10'. We had to do a seam in the middle because the home owner wanted the pattern of the quartz to flow down the waterfall .
