Even when we changed our minds on big decisions a few times along the way, he made it happen for us. For starters his design was amazing. He did everything possible to fulfill our vision for the interior. The home is absolutely stunning, designed and crafted beautifuly with every detail and material at the highest quality. We really loved the personal approach from Scott, his wife Tatiana and son Si. They are very welcoming and honest and we never felt bad asking questions or raising concerns. They made us feel more like family, they really care about their work and the people they build for and that makes such a difference. It was a long process but we are beyond thrilled with our entire experience and the home, property, location and views are simply stunning!!! Beyond anything we could have imagined! Their lack of follow up is very disappointing. Over the past year we’ve been trying to get basic warranty issues fixed with little to no response. I’ve been trying to get our missing window screens for over a year, no response. It took 6 months to have 2’ of water damaged baseboard replaced and repainted. Now I’m trying to get our brick wall that is falling down repaired, but yet again Si will not respond to any messages.
