I can say YES!! We met with multiple contractors and selected William Snyder after our interview process. WS Design & Build Inc. remodeled our kitchen in February of 2021 and we are thrilled with the transformation. They were very professional and involved in every aspect of our project. We began with Kelly for our design. She gave suggestions and guided us to create our dream kitchen without removing walls. Kelly met us in stores for colors, countertop selection and in our home to create our vision. The colors allow me to decorate for every holiday! Jesse took the time to explain new features of our kitchen and add finishing touches for a completed look. He answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel like just another project. William was very personable and efficient in guiding his team through the remodel. Did we have a setback? Yes, what remodel doesn’t have issues. One of our cabinets was damaged from the manufacturer, but William didn’t let us down. He continued the remodel while reordering the cabinet and still had our kitchen ready by his expected completion date. During the process we found little things that we wanted changed and he worked with us to implement our changes.
