It was so beautiful when I moved in, but my partner and I are not gardeners and everything is now overgrown and too much. We like plants but want less so we can maintain it ourselves. We want to take out the stone path that cuts through the lawn and keep that area grassy. We'd like to take out some of the plants and maybe have more gravel lining the fence and house. Any ideas are welcome! How can we make this more clean? A: You could design the space for a beautiful lush garden environment but be sure you have a seasoned gardner to maintain it haha. Depending on your planting zone (where are you located) will determine the type of low maintenance landscape that would accent the property and not require constant attention. **Q: Side Yard Sadness** *(in Landscape Design)* Hello! We just purchased a new home and this is the side yard. I would love to demolish the whole thing and have actual grass nature but the quote to demolish and redo was astronomical. I was thinking that maybe resurfacing this fireplace might brighten up this cowboy look. Maybe I could add an outside rug to cover the stone and create some color? The space is nice...just needs a little TLC **Q: Repositioning and addicting new ideas for Spring** *(in Landscape Design)* This side of my church which only gets morning sun. I would I guess reposition Hostas ,Hydrangeas and lilies to make some sense. But against the wall on the left I would like to find at least two perennials dwarf maybe 3-4 ft high one on each end something that would attract butterflys. any help with ideas would be greatly appreciated. Saturn A: Zone 6B perennials - Blue Hummingbird Mint 36" tall 24" wide full sun, Dalmation purple foxglove will get 36" tall or so...full or part sun tolerant, nice color also... **Q: Pebble Sheen Aqua Blue, White Diamonds, Cool Blue or French Grey?** *(in Pools & Spas)* We are building a pool and are at the stages of picking our colors for pool finish and tiles. Post your photos of your pools if you have experience with either of these colors. We are also exploring the Aquabella Sea Breeze Series Teal tile.
