The project primarily stayed on budget and when something ended up being more costly than expected, Kirby offered cost saving solutions elsewhere. That was very helpful and seems to be uncommon. The number one thing we liked about Kirby was his communication. He always picked up the phone, was always upfront with us and always kept us in the loop. The appraiser of our home said it is the nicest and most quality built home they had appraised out of over 300 homes. We tend to agree. I need to also mention that Kirby has a terrific project manager, Andy. Handy Andy was there everyday and handled the sub contractors and vendors with our best interest in mind.
