While the design was well done, the execution was deeply disappointing. > > The project faced ongoing delays, poor communication, and subpar workmanship. Despite our efforts to work through issues, progress stalled repeatedly. Subcontractors would arrive without notice, leave jobs incomplete, and much of the work—especially in the original kitchen area—did not meet acceptable standards. > > We formally ended the contract in July 2023, with the project still unfinished.
