Our space is a 3 bed/2.5 bath built in 1939 with a relatively small footprint (~1400 sq. ft.) meaning that we had to get creative with our design to accommodate the needs of our growing family. A major part of the work that K&S did for us was to break down multiple walls separating the cramped kitchen, dining and living rooms and opening them up into a single spacious great-room. > > Kiki, the interior designer, was invaluable during this process. Because the house was so old, we faced a number of issues such as termites, mold damage, and a leaky roof. K&S was flexible and quick about adding these issues into their scope of work, and they were able to find subcontractors who could fix those issues efficiently.
