> I can't say enough positive things about working with BearWorks and Derek.  If I could give him 10 stars I would.  I was in the middle of a bathroom renovation that went very very bad.  Derek came and looked at the damage that had been done and what work still needed to be completed and walked me through his process.  He listened to my concerns, pointed out flaws in workmanship that I hadn't noticed and pulled together a comprehensive scope list, quote and timeline.   He was professional and treated my home with respect, covering and protecting surfaces.  He kept the work area clean and tidy.  I knew exactly what was spent on each aspect of the job.  His sub-contractors were just as professional and respectful of my home.    I couldn't be happier with the finished product.  My house is from the late 1800's and the first contractor threw out all the original woodwork.   Derek went out of his way to find matching trim and rosettes to maintain the look.  I also had a corner gas fireplace unit installed and vented out the side of my house.  The finished product looks as if it is original to the house.  The woodwork and mantel are pristine.  Coming into a job that was a complete disaster created by someone else is challenging for anyone and Derek didn't hesitate.  The finished bathroom is beautiful as is the fireplace.  I highly recommend BearWorks Contruction for your project, big or small.  I am planning to use them again.
