We serve the areas of GTA, Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge, and Barrie-Innisfill. 
We provide free estimates and our Project Managers take pride in educating the customers.

CONDO: - 
Before you renovate a Condo, you have to ensure you have the approval from the Condo Board / Property Management. 

For Property Management to approve the work, you have to ensure:
1\. The Contractor used: Is Licensed, carries insurance, has WSIB, covers the common areas/hallways, works only between 9 am and 5 pm, and is liable for any damages.
2\. That You: Submit the full scope of work, and detailed schedule, book the elevator and contractor parking ahead in advance for usage, notify the management of any changes in work and get approval before doing the work, submit the material being used, and gets approved for it, etc.

BASEMENT: -
It's crucial to adhere to all local regulations and building codes throughout the process to ensure the legality and safety of your basement construction. Consulting with professionals and obtaining necessary permits will help streamline the process and avoid potential issues.

LOAD BEARING WALL REMOVAL: -
