We had another 3-4 days of 90+ weather in the forecast. We called 3 different companies and no one was able to come out for at least a week.Finally, we did what we should have done first. We called TRG and they came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue. They were very straight forward with their assessment and gave us some hard truths that we needed to hear. TRG gave us our options, and within 48 hours we had cold air pumping through our home. After having our options carefully explained to us, we opted to replace our entire A/C unit inside and outside. In the long run, we know that we made the best decision because TRG explained the savings that would occur with the choice that we made. TRG’s technicians and engineers were very thorough and they provided us with all the information and details that we needed to know for us to get the most out of our new A/C system. Our heating unit has got some years behind it, but we are not worried because TRG will come through once again. If you’re in a bind, or you are looking to be proactive, we highly recommend you give them a call for anything related to HVAC!
