> Ceramic Harmony has an extensive tile selection.  I was able to fine a beautiful tile and granite counter top for my remodeled master bath.  The tile installation was excellent.  It did take a lot longer (3.5 weeks) than I expected but it was perfect.

> This is not the first time we have hired Ceramic Harmony to work on one of our house projects (but this is the first time I have rated them) and we continue to  be delighted with the incredible quality of the work this company provides and with the variety of stone and tiles they have access to.
> This project was to tile our hallway upstairs.  At first my husband and I went all over town looking for wood that would somewhat match the oak on the stairs and the cherry that we had in the Media room.  We couldn't find anything we agreed on so on the advice of a friend I started looking at hallway designs on the Houzz website and there it was... the perfect solution, tile, and we loved the look of this one design that had a brown and white check pattern.  Again after looking all over town and finding nothing that would do, I went to see Monika and Werner at Ceramic Harmony with the picture of the hallway that I liked from the Houzz website.
> They both quickly found several patterns for me to choose from so then the problem was which pattern did I love more!   Next was the waiting as the tiles had to be ordered and shipped.
> In the meantime, they had two young men come and take out the old carpet.  The carpet was removed and they cleaned up every last bit of dust and dirt from the job.
> Last week, Patrick, the tile installer, arrived for the installation. My husband and I, ASSUMED that the job would be done in two days...luckily for us Patrick knew what he was doing and told us no it most likely take 5 to 7 days!  Once he started, we saw what the issues were...our house, like most houses 25+ years old had settled and there was over an 1/2 inch difference in different parts of the hallway.   But when Patrick finished leveling the floor and putting new backer board down it was perfectly level.  When he started laying the tile he asked us if we were going to be quarter round down and we said not if we don't have to...well we do not have to.  He was able to get that tile so perfectly cut that it fits tight up against the wall boards.  Every day Patrick arrived at 8:30 and when he left for the day everything was cleaned.
