> Had a very extensive pool renovation completed in Summer 2019. We are so happy with the makeover as the new pool is dramatically different. The old rectangle pool with dated coping and a non working automatic cover now is new again. Sun ledge was added and a new blue stone patio, all the piping, equipment and pool finishes as well. Its a totally different pool now.

> New all glass tile spa interior and salt system helped us update the pool. The separate spa now is an oasis instead of a brownish white plaster stained mess. Nobody like to get into a dirty looking spa. The clean fresh modern look is what was called for.

> Contracted with this company on March 1st 2016 to renovate my pool and pool deck with a completion date of mid May 2016. We were able to use the pool at the end of June. This is August 7th 2016 and the pool is still not complete. There are issues with the plaster at one of the pool returns & in the spa not being poured correctly around the jets and stones sticking up from the bottom of the spa. The pool cover anchors still need to be installed. I have been trying to get a schedule for 5 weeks now and as of this past Thursday they are failing to respond. Their previous responses: "we have to check with the service guy who was out"; "we are very busy with other customers"; the Thursday prior to this past one was "they still needed to talk to their service guy, but would be out the next day (Friday). Lack of communication, quality of service, follow-up, customer service and project management are all huge negative issues with this company.

> Premier did a great job on my pebble plaster in 2013 and then this summer we did some more work. Updating all the pool equipment to Pentair brand and theIth the addition of a heat pump. The newly installed automation allows me to control my pool from my phone. I now can't live without this feature.

> Had a spa built and its beautiful. The way the project came together was what made it a simple process.
> The spa is exactly what we wanted and the input and ideas I got from my designer and Premier was fantastic. Very pleased with the Stonecapes pebble interior.

> Love our new quartz plaster. Had been a painted pool since before we owned the house. The years and layers of paint was a nightmare. No matter what we did the paint peeled, bubbled and came off on your feet. So we finally bit the bullet and had Premier remove all the paint and the apply pool plaster. We chose Diamondbrite quartz and its really nice. A great change. Anyone with paint should consider switching to plaster, no chemicals all dissolving into your water.

> Could not be more pleased with the pebble plaster that was done in Summer of 2013. We were given several brands to choose from and several dozen color options.
> We will be installing a heat pump and outdoor fireplace this Spring with Premier. I will post after its completed.

> Initially we had Premier out to fix a leak which was diagnosed by a local leak detection company. They had recommended Premier to do the fix.
> We then had Dan from Premier out the following spring to give a proposal for a full pool remodel. We went back and forth over some details and signed contract in April 2012. Work as done April and May and took about 6 weeks. We did a full pool remodel and landscape makeover. We sued Premier for the pool and associated work and two other contractors for landscaping and gazebo.
> The pool is stunning and we are very pleased with the project. The pool and backyard now fit our house and lifestyle.

**★★★★★ — Janet Silverman, March 2014**

> Did a fabulous job on our 20x40 pool. The pool was never built correctly and there were problems from the start with the original builder. We lived with them and ultimately and predictably the whole pool basically needed to be redone. Not 15 years after being built but in only 7 years.
> We did our homework and found Premier. They corrected a structural issue with the beam of the pool and increased the wall at the spa. The pool is great and we have peace of mind knowing it was done correctly.

**★★★★★ — terryrodrig, March 2014**

> Our 18 year old pool had previously been painted (big mistake) and we had just kept redoing it. Finally after about the 3rd time we decided it was time to go back to plaster. Premier removed all the old paint, and turned the pool into a work of art. We are very pleased with the outcome and can recommend them for this process without hesitation.

> In we had a major renovation done to our indoor pool and adjoining room. The general contractor , McFadden Homes hired Premier to do the pool work. We could not be happier with the way the whole area has turned out. The pool deck is now a oversize travertine tile that prior had been plain concrete. The interior is a medium blue quartz that really is very rich looking. We also installed a new automatic pool cover and updated all the equipment and electrical. The pool is now Salt with a UV system as well. It really not only all looks spectacular but functions equally as well.

**★★★★★ — Candace Mackey, Jan. 2014**

> Had our pool perimeter tile and the interior done by Premier in June. The new natural tile and the much darker quartz interior really changed the entire look. At first we didn't think it would be that dramatic of a change but it was.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Love the pool!** *(in Photo Questions)*

What are the deck surface, coping, and pool surface materials?

A: Natural color on new broom finished concrete. 1.5" thick irregular stone coping and a simple gray tinted marble plaster. The plaster color has a lot of variations which you cant see in the picture. Many people like it and many people thinks its too spotty or streaky.

**Q: I love my year round pond and waterfalls!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Do you run your pond and waterfall year round or do you winterize it before winter? What you you do do allow it to run all winter long?

A: That winter scene is incredible! one of best waterfalls I have seen.

**Q: technical** *(in Photo Questions)*

can you tell me please what makes the water flow so equaly? is it only thu pump or you used special exit "heads" for tre water to flow through?

A: The sheer descent water features made by Jandy are engineered to give that look. The correct size pipe and correct size pump (typically 2hp) is necessary for their performance.

**Q: Please could you tell me what color is the swimming pool liner or tiles. Thanks** *(in Photo Questions)*

Please could you tell me what color is the swimming pool liner or tiles. Thanks

A: The Interior of the pool is not a liner. I see water line tile so that leads me to believe its a concrete pool. The interior is eother quartz (cobalt blue or similar) or a smooth aggregate (pebble) interior. There are many colors that can give that steely blue appearance.
The tiles are not uniform so I think they were cut individualy. Kind of unique.
Similar Pool tiles can be found here- http://www.nptgonline.com/tile-type/6-x-6

**Q: How wide is this pool? We are thinking of putting in a lap pool and most of the ones shown look too narrow. What kind of tile was used around the pool?** *(in Photo Questions)*

How wide is this pool? We are thinking of putting in a lap pool and most of the ones shown look too narrow.
What kind of tile was used around the pool?

A: Typically lap pool are long (up to 75 ft) 25m and narrow 8-12ft wide.
If their purpose is primarily for swimming laps.

**Q: I would like to find out what colour paint did they paint the swimming pool with to create this water colour plse?** *(in Photo Questions)*
