**★★★★★ — Dave Rich, June 2020**

> Jane and and Mosaic were amazing to work with and did a phenomenal job doing a big kitchen, main level and master bath remodel. Jane has exquisite taste and style and we we loved how it turned out.

**★★★★★ — susanlben, May 2016**

> For 15 years we have lived in a very desirable neighborhood prized for its outstanding views of open space and the Boulder Flatirons. The problem was that our house was not positioned in a way that took advantage of these amazing views. To solve this challenge, we approached Mosaic Architects who captured our values and designed a work of art that is fully integrated with the natural surroundings. Their thoughtful attention to every detail, design to completion, resulted in a magnificent warm contemporary that we are proud of and comfortable living in. They succeeded in combining new construction with the existing house in a way that makes it nearly impossible to tell it was a remodel. We found this experience exceptionally rewarding, and without hesitation we recommend Mosaic to anyone wanting to create a very special living space.

**★★★★★ — Foster Construction, April 2016**

> We have had the pleasure of working with Jane Snyder and her team at Mosaic Architects and highly recommend their interior design and architectural services. We have experienced firsthand the seamless quality of the design where they consider all facets of the design not just the Architecture or the Interiors.
>
> As a contractor we benefit from an integrated architecture and interior design team because we have one point of contact for design instead of two which increases efficiency, speeds the construction and decreases project management costs. From our viewpoint we have one point of contact if we have design questions during construction and do not need to coordinate with both Architecture and Interior design firms. In many cases this allows for savings to the Owner on construction management costs. The integrated design also allows for the added benefit of saving time to completely finish a project with decorating and furnishings. This system allows for furniture to be ordered before the space is completed because the architect/interior designer has full understanding of the space before it is done.
>
> We recommend Mosaic, a first-rate design firm as an architecture firm or as an interior design firm. We would encourage you to look at their full package of interior design and architecture as their integrated approach yields a better quality and efficient design.
>
> Best regards,
> Foster Construction Ltd.

**★★★★★ — salaini2, March 2016**

> Mosaic is designing a custom home for us. Jane Snyder is our lead architect and she is highly professional, exceptionally talented, exceedingly knowledgeable and delivers quality work. The entire office is highly capable and their collaboration enhances the entire project. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with thus far! Our project is underway with the completion of the foundation and we are eager to see more developments over the coming months!

**★★★★★ — 186 Lighting Design Group - Gregg Mackell, Sept. 2013**

> As a lighting designer, I've consulted with Jane and her staff on multiple projects over the years. Her understanding of the interaction of each component in a lighting composition make her homes feel so special at night. Mosaic takes a very hands-on approach to the design of their homes. Light and materials come together to create a warm and unique living environment.

**★★★★★ — Sugarbeet Architects, Jan. 2013**

> I have worked on and off for Mosaic Architects and have always been impressed by the amount of detail that goes into their services from the structure of the shell to the fine detail of each plumbing fixture, tile location, and last piece to complete their projects. Mosaic Architects are without a doubt, a high-end architecture firm that will make sure every detail is thought out.

**★★★★★ — cleedesign, Sept. 2012**

> I'm currently working on my third project with Mosaic Architects. The current one is located in Montecito, California. Not only is Jane Snyder a joy to work with, she is a true professional. My three projects have varied tremendously in design, and Jane has been able to capture the essence of each with a fine eye towards detail......adding so much more to the end result than I envisioned. The permitting process in California is extremely complex, and
> Jane is working thru the process timely and managing my impatience expertly. I look forward to having the third project finished in early 2013, and, am certain this will be a jewel by all standards, thanks to Mosaic Architects.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Bathroom Dimensions** *(in Photo Questions)*

If, available, would you please share the dimensions of the bathroom? Beautiful work!

A: Thank you for the kind words! The room shown here is roughly 18'-8" long, by 12'-0" wide.

**Q: Interesting and beautiful mantel** *(in Photo Questions)*

This would be a perfect application to deflect heat from our linear fireplace.
Is the mantel metal? And might you remember the depth and thickness?
A big thank you for your assistance!

A: Yes, this mantel is an L of ½” plate steel, painted black with a clear sealer and uses a simple L-shaped attachments that gets screwed to the framing. The dimensions are approximately 66" x 8". This leaves approx. 7 1/2" overhang on each side of the firebox. This plate is welded so it is a true right angle, (not bent, resulting in a curve). Thank you so much for your interest!

**Q: Art niche** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the art niche lined with? Or is it a dark paint? Lovely indeed.
Thank you.

A: This Mineral niche with recessed LED lighting, is lined with veneer plywood, so it's a very smooth finish and then was painted black. Thank you so much for your interest!

**Q: Material behind headboard** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love the contrast and interest. Is that walnut behind the headboard?
If not, what please?

A: Thank you so much for your kind words! This custom 9' wood paneling at bed niche is actually Mahogany with a medium stain.

**Q: Wood type** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hello, can someone advise which type of wood this is, please? Thank you.

A: The cabinets are custom Sapele veneer; that is the wood's natural color with a clear topcoat. This Sapele has some beautiful golden undertones that sparkle in the light! Thanks!

**Q: Can you please tell me the manufacturer of the windows and doors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you please tell me the manufacturer of the doors and windows? Beautiful building.

A: These are Jeld-Wen Aluminum Clad Wood windows and doors in Chestnut Bronze. Thanks so much for your interest!
