A: It was custom built. I don't know the name of the local cabinet shop. Sorry. **Q: what type of floors do you have?** *(in Photo Questions)* Floors A: The floor is engineered wood. I don't know the color and manufacturer because it was chosen by the interior designer. It is a veneer over a stable base of plywood for backing. We use this type of flooring a lot because it is cost effective, stable and you can select a factory finish and color that will be very close to what shows up ready to install. Depending on the finish, wood species and color it can be quite durable. The argument that veneer is not good has been debunked in my experience. The solid wood we used would expand, contract and even warp. Engineerd wood doesn't do that. **Q: Pantry Pulls/Handle** *(in Photo Questions)* Where can I get the handles on the Pantry cabinet? I like how it’s long and skinny. A: Sorry I don't know. I'm just the architect. Wondering what color white and if it is acrylic or standard cement based stucco? Thank you! A: Hi, It is Merlex P-100. They are now owned by Paralex. The exterior plaster (stucco) has a mesh in the final coat to mitigate cracking. The exposure gets a lot of sunlight from mid day and afternoon sun. It is important to take this into account when choosing exterior colors. Of course what it looks like on a computer screen is different from you'll see in person. Good luck. First I am the architect but I didn't choose the interior color the developer did on this house. Second what you see on the screen does not represent exactly what was painted on the wall due to major variations in color even between computers and smart phones. Third the light conditions in the same house can change the color from north to south let alone where you are located. For these reasons even if I did know the color it would not really help.
