Need garage to be off the kitchen/dining/living room...roof pitch needs to be 8 and metal for rain water collection...front would face northeast/ back south/west (solar panels)...it's in the country...building envelope is at the top of a hill...everything that's on line looks like it belongs in a low rent subdivision or an over-the-top gated community. I want simple. Where's that?
