Her inability to understand function of design cost us thousands of dollars. While our contractor would acknowledge errors and offer solutions, Catherine was difficult to reach and refused to accept responsibility for any of her design errors. For example, she ordered a mirror for our bedroom that did not fit as Alison did not calculate the dimensions properly. She charged us a 25 percent restocking fee for her error.
