Originally, the plan was to begin with the addition of a 3rd stall on our garage, then move on to the main floor (kitchen/family/dining room) and eventually add a master bath and walk in closet on the 3rd floor. While we thought we had a good idea of what we wanted out of the reno, Jeff’s first rendering of the project blew us away. His ability to take what is a modest sized home and maximize every square foot is remarkable. Rather than begin with the garage, we decided to dive directly into the main floor which we recently completed. The end result exceeded our wildest expectations in both design and functionality.
