Together, Sarah and Spencer got it done before the photographer showed up late day. The condo had the desired "Wow" impact, and it sold in less than a week for well over our asking price. The removal was quick and painless. My only suggestion is to bring (or ask us for) a small palette of matching paint to to use to cover the nail holes from hanging the artwork. The main counters are just a black granite that we got in a honed finish. The accent granite is called Ezuma and was quite a beautiful piece!
