A: I've been asked before what the color of the trim and updated logs are and unfortunately it was a custom color by a painter that has retired several years ago. It's a great color because it wasn't an orange or yellow, but not too dark of a brown. They might be able to help you but the fixture is about 4 years old. **Q: Floor plan?** *(in Photo Questions)* Wondering about this house’s floor plan? A: This was an existing home on a tight lot that I was hired to add the garage to the front. I don't have the existing plans- only the main floor where we added the garage. Also what wood species? A: Hi Maryanne- the stain was a custom color. The original home was more of a natural color with the orange vibe. It was the goal to break away from the orange to more of a brown. The painter has since retired and I can't tell you the exact blend. I believe the doors and trim are an Alder.
