The quote is not an estimate, it is the quote to do the whole job unless you add extras, at which time they are discussed and added to your bill.  We renovated our Kitchen, all Bathrooms, changed all the plumbing in the entire house, and changed all the flooring in the entire house.  We would consider this a full reno, and, I would definitely do another reno because they made it a seamless process.

A: Colour is mountain smoke

What type of lights are under the fireplace mantel and shelves?

A: They are 3" MR16 pot lights... just drill a hole to run wiring through, a hole to house the pot light and you'll be all set.

I love the effect of the "French door" what company did you use to get these doors?

A: These were custom-made and finished.

Nice fireplace. What is the facing material?

A: That's a paint application mixed with a compound and tissue-like paper to create texture... it really is very cool.
