Manufacturer delays are very much a part of this business, though we all do our best to avoid them. I'm so happy that my crew was able to resolve these issues for you, even covering the cost of these late items to satisfy you, the client. Again, unfortunately, not all clients can or ever will be satisfied and I'm sorry you were not. > Found design and all contractors and subs work very hard and are passionate about our craft. However, we are all for-profit businesses and when the work is complete and the final bill is due, the expectation is that payment be made. If it is not, we are forced to peruse legal action. I am thrilled that we were able to resolve the issue before it made it that far. Found Design and Nolan Construction were very professional and were able to complete a beautiful product, under budget, and work with you on flexible payment options. The paper flowers were hand made, they are super easy and a kit can be found at Michaels. **Q: Where can I find the white cabinets/shelves?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: These were built by my contractor, and were hand made for the space.
