After 10 days of no email response, I called and spoke to the principal owner who promised to follow up. After 21 days of no follow-up I sent a courteous email letting them know not to follow up. Only then did I get a prompt response which essentially defended their business. No apology ever received. Not the type of customer service I would have expected from such a highly rated firm.
