After living in our house for approximately 12 years we decided to do a major renovation which included our kitchen - switching from electric to gas , updating cabinetry, installing new appliances and granite countertops, under cabinet lighting. We also installed hardwood floors in several areas of the house, remodeled the bathrooms (4) . In our game room we added built in book cases, lighting over the bar area and installed a home theater system. The renovation also included converting our sun porch into a wonderful glassed in sunroom with heat and air conditioning. David used great contractors, who did an excellent job of integrating the new with the existing. He didn't take ay shortcuts. Rather than overlook a problem, he dealt with it, made suggestions as to how to fix it and made sure it was done right. An example of this was in the master bath. We discovered that the shower had a leak. Although it required us to take out more tile than we had anticipated, David made sure the leak was fixed, all the adjoining drywall was torn out and replaced and the shower was sealed. We stuck to the budget except in areas where we (as the homeowner) chose upgrades or a problem was encountered that required additional materials and/or labor. David is so knowledgeable about the construction industry and he is always looking for the newest innovations at the best price. We are more than satisfied with the outcome of the job and while we had considered selling, find that we love our home and want to stay in it. David also supervised the construction of a great outdoor space for us. It included a large pergola with a wet bar area. Seating space for about 20 and a fire pit with surrounding seating for at least ten. He also installed an outdoor television that is tied into our home theatre system. Our family has enjoyed this outdoor space almost as much as we have the renovation. David stayed on the timeline and the budget with a few exceptions that were agreed upon. A: These floors were custom laid on site as a mail down floor. The installers laid out the floor and cut each piece to fit. **Q: Are these also KITH cabinets?
