> I've never had such an unprofessional experience. Within two minutes of our first conversation, the salesperson was screaming at me that everything about my project was wrong. I was hoping to find a contractor willing to give me two or three bids for a basement bathroom - a low, a medium, and a high - and then help us choose the best option for our family. He kept interrupting me and wouldn't even let me explain much about the project. Had he done so, he would have learned that I had $59,000 in my budget, which surely would be enough considering the last two bids we got from other contractors were $14,000 and $22,000.

> Maybe if your budget is $200,000 for one room, these guys are for you. But if not, expect to be told your home builder was wrong for not finishing your bathroom when you first built, and that everything you say is wrong. Wrong! I've never had someone I tried to hire raise their voice at me. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional!
