They were always there to provide recommendations about lighting, appliances, cabinet layouts, etc.

This enabled us to see what the house might look like on a 3D computer platform before beginning construction.  We appreciated the fact that  their fee was a flat fee rather than a percentage of the overall construction cost. Keith oversaw the entire construction process and was accessible anytime we had questions or concerns. Keith and Patti always responded to any concerns we had and, more often than not, one of them was already aware of potential issues.  The Wingfields are highly respected in the building and construction community and their excellent reputation is well deserved.  If we are ever in a position to build a home again we would choose River Rock Builders to guide us through the process.
